  • How do I enroll?
    • Please visit the Visulite VIP app to enroll. You must be 18 years of age with a valid credit or debit card.

  • How do I update my account information?
    • You may update account information on your membership page on the Visulite VIP mobile app.

  • What movies can I see?
  • Visulite VIP members can see any movie that is listed in the app. 4TH TIER and 5TH TIER members can attend to 2 rooftop screenings per month as a plus. 5TH TIER members have also access to a premiere/ special event once per month.

  • How many advance ticket reservations can I make?
  • Visulite VIP members can make as many ticket reservations as their plan permits.

  • How do I cancel reservations?
  • Sign into the Visulite VIP app and visit your profile page to cancel your reservations.

  • What happens if I do not show up for my movie?
  • If you do not show up for your movie, the movie will count as one visit and will be deducted from your plan allotment.

  • What is Visulite VIP?
  • Visulite VIP is a subscription program where members can see either two or three movies every month for one affordable monthly fee. Members can make advance ticket reservations on the Visulite VIP mobile app. Download the app by searching for Visulite VIP in the App Store or Google Play.

  • How can I cancel my Visulite VIP membership?
  • You can cancel your Visulite VIP membership on your membership page. After the cancellation, your membership will not be renewed but you will be able to use Visulite VIP until the last day of your plan.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your plan end date, you will be charged for the subsequent period and the change will take effect at the end of your next plan period.

  • Will any unused movie tickets roll over to the next month?
  • No, unused movie tickets remaining at the end of your subscription month will not carry over.

  • How do I use my membership?
  • Visit the Visulite VIP app to access your membership, plan your next visit to the movies and view your account. When making your reservation through our mobile app, just be sure you are signed in and your subscription savings will be automatically applied to eligible tickets.
